In her letter to Judges Burman and Engelmayer, Robson writes:
“I am a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation, writing on behalf of myself and other survivors whose lives were forever altered by crimes enabled, facilitated, and concealed by powerful individuals who have yet to be held accountable.”
She notes that while DOJ released hundreds of thousands of pages, nearly all were documents already public for years, providing no real transparency.

“Continued non-compliance perpetuates the same secrecy that allowed these crimes to continue. Each survivor has already paid a tremendous price.”
Her conclusion is a direct appeal to judicial authority:
“We ask the court to ensure the law is followed as written and that continued delay does not further retraumatize survivors.”
Lisa Phillips: “I have no confidence in the Department of Justice”
Lisa Phillips filed a separate declaration, represented by attorney Michael Popok, echoing Robson’s concerns but adding a blunt assessment:
“I have no confidence that the Department of Justice will produce the Epstein files it is legally required to release.”
