The documents also describe communications between Bondi and executives at Mediterranean Crown Development, a Dubai-based property firm that has reportedly been under scrutiny by the Justice Department for potential sanctions violations. The mansion, according to property records cited in the filing, is held under the same corporate structure connected to Coastal Meridian Holdings. Bondi’s most recent financial disclosure filed with the Office of Government Ethics did not list property interests exceeding $5 million, a threshold that would have required detailed reporting.
Investigators have not yet determined whether Bondi directly owned the property or whether it was controlled through corporate intermediaries.
